“Contract” or “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions” refers to this document as may be renewed, amended, and/or modified over time.

“Services” or “Products” refer to the use of all applications, and any of the Can-Axis Immigration related services and products available through any of the websites, whether defined as paid services or products.

Can-Axis Immigration Services is the sole owner of the websites. “Website” refers to any and all contents, elements, and the website available at our domain, and all related websites owned or managed by Can-Axis Immigration.

2. Terms and Conditions

The use of our website or any of its services offered through Can-Axis Immigration is subject to the following privacy policy and constitutes a major part of the terms and conditions of use, in line with your acceptance including future amendments made thereto.

By using or visiting Can-Axis Immigration Services’ websites, products/services, and applications, you acknowledge that Can-Axis Immigration Services is an establishment company and in no way represents or has any connection with government officials or immigration authorities of respective countries. Our website provides general information and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Prior to using our website or products/services, you or the third party representing you must read and agree with the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Information collected via email, SMS, social media platforms, events and promotions, personal interaction, telephone conversation, website cookies, or other social media conversation assists us as a service provider to meet the needs of applicants, and we work under a complete data protection policy wherein all your credentials are secured. All debit/credit card details and personal information will NOT be stored, shared, sold, leased, or rented to any third parties. All our payments are processed by our payment processing agent; we do not keep any personal or credit card information, except payment details.

Personal documents, forms, and other information provided by the customer to a Can-Axis Immigration representative will be kept confidential and not shared with any other party except a third party required for the process, such as government bodies, designated organizations or visa processing departments, case officers, and our authorized facilitators. We only collect your name, date of birth, marital status, contact details, delivery details, education and occupation details, and email address, all kept strictly confidential.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests are valid only for customers who purchased Can-Axis Immigration Services paid products and paid the full retainer amount but where the contract is NOT signed with Can-Axis. The refund must be requested within 10 working days from the date the retainer amount was paid. Once a customer has agreed to this agreement, a refund request is void.

Paid fees will not be refunded once a period of 10 days has passed from the date of the retainer payment. Where payment was made using a debit or credit card and Can-Axis, at its sole discretion, approves a refund, the company will refund the amount to the same card, which may take up to 15–20 working days based on your merchant.

The customer confirms they have read and understood all terms and conditions mentioned in the service agreement before making any purchase, and is not entitled to a refund if they end their services or withdraw their application before submitting it to the concerned authority or before the timelines in the signed agreement. Applications may be cancelled or withheld at various stages without claiming a refund, even the day after signing the contract, as resources are already invested once the contract is signed.

The customer is responsible for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information on the application, a criminal record, a failed medical test, insufficient English proficiency, or an inability to provide relevant documents as required. No refund applies in cases such as: medical, security, insufficient funds, misrepresentation, misleading or insufficient information, points lost on language or unaccredited education credentials, points lost on work experience where the case officer was not satisfied with the evidence, non-submission of required documents within the stipulated time, changes introduced by the relevant government office, non-cooperation from the customer or dependents, or any other breach of contract.

If a refund is approved, it is made only as a special consideration against Can-Axis terms and conditions, and processed within 90 working days at the sole discretion of the Can-Axis legal team. Fees paid to Can-Axis Immigration cover the time and financial resources expended in submitting and handling the customer’s application. Payments must be made using a valid card or other accepted payment method as outlined in the agreement. For complete information and all relevant clauses, refer to the retainer agreement signed by both parties.

4. Use of Website

Can-Axis Immigration reserves the right, at its own discretion and without obligation, to add, modify, or remove any features, functions, updates, agreements, products, or the website at any time without prior notice.

Customers may use the information on this website to make a self-assessment of their eligibility for different immigration options, provided the information they supply is true, accurate, and supported by relevant documents. Results should not be used to arrange immigration forms, letters, or supporting documents on a professional basis. Customers warrant they have the legal authority to accept this agreement on behalf of themselves and any person they represent, for personal use of the website only.

The website must not be used in a way that disrupts, interferes with, or restricts its use by others, or to upload, display, or transmit material that is false, unlawful, obscene, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
