  • “Contract” or “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”, refers to this document as may be renewed, amended, and/or modified with time.
  • “Services” or “Products”, refer to the use of all Applications, and any of the Can-Axis Immigration Consultants related services and products available through any of the websites, whether these are defined as paid services or products.
  • Can-Axis Immigration Consultants is the sole owner of the websites. “Website” refers to any and all contents, elements, and the website available at the domain, https://canaxisgroup.com, and all of the related websites owned or managed by Can-Axis Immigration Consultants.

  • The use of our website or any of its services offered through Can-Axis Immigration Consultants is subject to the following privacy policy and constitutes a major part of the terms and conditions of use. These terms and conditions are in line with your acceptance including future amendments made thereto.
  • By using or visiting of Can-Axis Immigration Consultant transaction services websites, products/services, and all applications, you are acknowledging and declaring that Can-Axis Immigration Consultants is an Establishment company and in no way represents or has any connection with government officials or immigration authorities of respective countries. We at Can-Axis Immigration Consultants respect and guard your privacy as our representatives gather special information of individuals seeking migration under various programs.
  • The information collected by us via email, SMS, social media platforms, events & promotions, personal interaction, telephonic conversation, website cookies, or other social media conversation assist us as a service provider company to meet the needs of the applicants and we work under a complete data protection policy, wherein all your credentials are secured. All debit/credit cards detail & personal information will NOT be stored, shared, sold, leased, or rented to any third parties. All our payments are processed by our payment processing agent. We do not keep any personal or credit card information, except for the payment details.
  • The details of personal documents, forms, and other documents or any other information provided by the customer to the Can-Axis Immigration Consultants representative will be kept confidential. All the Information & documents provided by the customer will not be shared with any other party EXCEPT any 3rd party which is a required for the process, such as government bodies, designated organizations or visa processing departments, case officers, and our authorized facilitators. We would only collect your name, date of birth, marital status, contact details, delivery details, education and occupation details, and email address, and all of these are kept strictly confidential.

3. Refund Policy

  • The refund Requests will be valid only for customers who purchased Can-Axis Immigration Consultants paid products and paid the full retainer amount but the CONTRACT is NOT signed with Can-Axis. The refund shall be requested within 10 working days from the date of the retainer amount paid. Once a customer has agreed to this agreement, a refund request is void.
  • The paid fees shall not be refunded to the customer in the event that a period of 10 days had passed from the date of the retainer amount. In the event you had purchased Can-Axis paid services using a Debit or Credit card, and Can-Axis at its sole discretion has approved the refund then the company will refund the retainer fee paid for the services to the same card. Please note that it may take up to 15-20 working days based on your merchant.
  • The customer read and understands all our terms and conditions mentioned in the service agreement before making any purchase.
  • The customer will not liable to be claimed a refund, in cases he/she wish to end their services and agreement and withdraw the application before submitting with the concerned authority or before the timelines as per the agreement duly signed with the Can-Axis.
  • The customer may cancel or withhold the application at various stages of the process without claiming any refund from the company even if it is the very next day after signing the contract. The COMPANY shall not refund the amount paid once the contract is signed, as the resources were already invested by Can-Axis with the purchased service, and/or no refund shall be given in the event that Can-Axis at its sole discretion, suspects the customer to be in breach of this Agreement or any applicable law.
  • The customer would be responsible for misrepresentation or fraud information on the application, having a criminal record, failed in medical test, not being proficient in the English language, or being unable to provide the relevant documents as per the requirement.
  • There would not be any refund even in the event of the customer being informed by the respective Immigration Office that he/she does not qualify for the required program applied with Can-Axis other than and the one’s explained here: Medical, Security, Insufficient funds, Misrepresentation, Misleading information, Insufficient information, points lost on language or Point lost on education because of non-accredited, unrecognized or false credential, Points lost on work experience wherein the case officer was not satisfied with the evidence furnished by the customer, non-submission of complete required documents from customer side within stipulated time changes introduced by the relevant Government office which may retroactively affect the customer’s case, non-cooperation from customer or customers dependents side and any other violation of the contractual clause.
  • If a refund is approved, it is only made on special consideration which is against Can-Axis terms and conditions. However, the refund application will be processed in 90 working days at the sole discretion of the Can-Axis legal team.
  • The customer agrees and acknowledges that any fee they pay to Can-Axis Immigration Consultants is for the submission and handling of the customer application to cover the time and the financial resources expended by Can-Axis. Payments of retainer fees and all applicable charges to Can-Axis, when applicable, must be made using a valid charge or credit card/Debit Card and/or other kinds of accepted payments as outlined in the agreement.

4. Use of Website

  • Can-Axis Immigration Consultants reserve the rights at its own discretion and without any obligations, to add, modify or remove any features or functions or provide updates, Agreement, Products, or Website, at any time for any reason, without prior notice to the customer.
  • The customer may use the information to make a self-assessment of their eligibility to the different immigration options available, given that the information they provide is true and accurate and support it with relevant documents. However, the results obtained should not be used to arrange any immigration forms or letters on a professional basis or supporting documents.
  • The customer warrants and represents that they have the legal authority to accept this Agreement on behalf of themselves and any person they represent, to make use of the information available on the Can-Axis Immigration Consultants website for personal purposes.
  • The user agrees that the Can-Axis Immigration Consultants website is not to use in such a way that disrupts, interferes with, or restricts the use of this website by other users; not to upload, display or transmit any materials through this website which is false, unlawful, obscene, threatening, offensive, defamatory, or which infringe the rights of any other person anywhere in the world.
