2. Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

The Skilled Nominated Visa (Permanent) is a permanent resident visa for points-tested skilled workers who have received State or Territory government nomination and want to live and work in Australia permanently.

Partner (Temporary) Visa -Subclass 820  & Partner (Residence) Visa Subclass 801 is a two-stage visa process for persons seeking to enter and stay in Australia on the basis of being in a relationship with an eligible partner.

Student Visa (Subclass 500) The Student visa allows for the entry of international students to Australia for the purpose of studying in the country on a temporary basis.
